Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.  If you live within Jasper County, pickup locations can be arranged to avoid shipping costs. 

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or contains the wrong item, contact us at aunttds@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order,  with your order number and photos when applicable, and we’ll help resolve it.

For orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.  

International shipping is not available at this time.
